What if I am not happy my purchase?

In case your purchase is not fully satisfactory, we offer a 14-day refund policy, after receiving your product. For our full refund policy, please go here.

What do I pay for shipping?

To make sure you receive your package in good order, we have chosen to work with DHL Express and PostNL. Track & Trace is standard included for shipments within the EU. For shipments outside the EU we offer with and without Track & Trace at two different tariffs. We offer three flat shipping rates depending on your location.

    • Zone 1: Domestic shipping for customer in the Netherlands: FREE
    • Zone 2: Shipping within the European Union: €5.00
    • Zone 3: Any shipment for the rest of world: €5.00 (excl. Track & Trace)
    • Zone 3: Any shipment for the rest of world: €20.00 (incl. Track & Trace) 
What is the shipment time?

Shipment of your purchase will vary based on your location. Please see below shipment time per delivery zone.If you would like to know more accurately for your country, please reach out via our contact page

  • Zone 1: Domestic shipping for customer in the Netherlands: 1-3 standard shipping days
  • Zone 2: Shipping within the European Union: 2-7 standard shipping days
  • Zone 3: Any shipment for the rest of world: 7-14 standards shipping days

Please note that due to Corona, shipping times might be more unreliable than usual.

Do the glasses come in different sizes?

All glasses come in one size. We know that not all heads are the same and sometimes glasses do not fit as intended. In that case, you can make use of our refund policy. For our full refund policy, please go here.

What is included in my purchase?

All purchases include the frame with a lens for bright weather. Furthermore, a lens for cloudy days, a cleaning cloth and protective pouch.
